What is Labor litigation (contencioso trabalhista)?
Also: contencioso trabalhista · labor litigation · employment litigation
Labor litigation is the set of labor lawsuits in which a company is a party — usually as defendant — and the liability they represent. In high-volume companies (banks, retail, apps, industry), this means thousands of simultaneous cases.
Managing it well is to decide, case by case, where to litigate, where to settle and where to act preventively — so that the total liability falls.
How LABORIS AI uses it
LABORIS AI brings all the litigation into a single view, cross-references jurimetrics with the company’s data and recommends the course of action of lowest expected cost in each case.
Legal basis
