This policy covers only the data collected on this presentation site. The LABORIS AI product is delivered per client, on a dedicated environment, and the processing of data within each environment is governed by a specific contract. That processing is described in the Platform Privacy Notice (available in Portuguese).

3. What we collect

• Data you provide in the contact form: name, company, job title, work email, WhatsApp number, approximate number of active cases and the content of your message.
• Browsing data, in aggregated and technical form, such as pages visited and device type. Audience measurement is done without cookies and without identifying you individually.

4. Why we use it

We use this data solely to respond to your contact, schedule and run demos, and maintain communication related to the interest you expressed. We do not use this site's data for automated decisions affecting you.

5. Legal basis

The data you submit through the form is processed on the basis of the consent you give by submitting it and of the legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated (art. 7, I and IX, of the LGPD). Audience measurement relies on the legitimate interest in understanding site usage, in aggregated form and without individual identification.

We do not sell your data. We may use processors (email, form and hosting providers) strictly to enable our response, always under confidentiality and our instructions.
