What is Probability of conviction (probabilidade de condenação)?
Also: probabilidade de condenação · conviction probability · litigation risk
Probability of conviction is the estimated chance that a claim will be granted, derived from the court’s grant pattern, the judge’s profile and the features of the case. It is the bridge between jurimetrics and the decision.
We work with probability, not promise: LABORIS AI never says “you will win” or “you will lose” — it states how likely each outcome is, so the course of action is chosen by its expected cost.
How LABORIS AI estimates it
The probability is estimated over real, public Regional Labor Court decisions, adjusted to the specific case. It feeds the exposure (the weighted value) and the decision matrix (the recommended course of action).
