What is Hearing minutes (ata de audiência)?

Also: ata de audiência · termo de audiência · minutes

Hearing minutes are the official record of everything that took place at the session (art. 851 of the CLT). They document attendance and absences, the testimony taken, conciliation offers, the evidence produced and the decisions rendered at the hearing — including the approval of a settlement.

They are one of the most informative documents in the case: it is often in the minutes that the outcome takes shape, whether a settlement or the close of the taking of evidence. Hence they hold valuable data on how each court conducts its cases.

How LABORIS AI uses it

LABORIS AI extracts the relevant milestones from the minutes — settlement, amounts, close of evidence — and feeds them into the financial and procedural reading of the case, ensuring the outcome recorded at the hearing appears faithfully on the dashboard.
