What is Wage differences (diferenças salariais)?

Wage differences are the gap between the salary paid and the salary owed. The source varies: pay equality with a colleague in identical work, function deviation, failure to observe the category floor, or a simple payroll error (arts. 460 and 461 of the CLT).
